Our Internal Global Mobility team provides support for PwC\xe2\x80\x99s international assignment programmes. As part of our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help with all human resource related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits.

\xe2\x97\x8f The Delivery Center will provide a consultant an opportunity to work
in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop
process and quality based skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Overall management of various categories of assignment from
initiation till the end
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands on experience on immigration rule and guidelines (Business
and Work/Employment visa) for global countries like AMERICAS,
APAC, EMEA, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to process and rollout offer letters and visa letters in a timely
manner
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all immigration and statutory checks are done before the
onset of an assignment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Analysis of assignment costing
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain strong working relationships and coordination with PwC
network Global Mobility SPoCs, internal stakeholder and secondees
as applicable.
\xe2\x97\x8f Pursue opportunities to develop existing and acquire new skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Consistently demonstrating individual initiative and timely
completion of assigned work
\xe2\x97\x8f Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team
member
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and apply industry best practices.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure adherence to all compliances for self & team are met
Requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Level of experience- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility or Immigration team
\xe2\x97\x8f Education/qualification- Postgraduate/Graduates
\xe2\x97\x8f Technical capability & Key personal attribute

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on cross border tax and immigration implication
applicable for overseas employment
\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience on expatriate management will be preferred
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong working knowledge of a HRMS platform (Preferably
Workday).
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, & G-suit.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills (both written and vocal).
\xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information/
documents
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to suggest and enhance the process based on the best practise
used in the industry
