A Armed forces Veteran preferred.Certification Required: Relevant certification in India, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP):We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Manager to join our prestigious organization in India. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within the company, ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and clients. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Responsibilities:Develop, review, and evaluate security policies, procedures, and protocols based on the PwC ACs in India Security Policy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the security policy document to identify areas for improvement and ensure its effectiveness.Manage and handle exceptions to the security policy, working closely with relevant stakeholders to address any deviations and ensure compliance.Design, implement, and manage security procedures across various categories, including PwC Staff, PwC Visiting Staff, PwC Other Staff, PwC Visitors, PwC Regular Contractors, etc., as outlined in the PwC ACs in India Security Policy.Oversee and manage the movement of materials, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and adherence to security protocols.Establish and maintain a robust key management system to control and track access to sensitive areas and assets.Implement and enforce policies related to photography, recording, telephone usage, clear desk, and lost & found assets to maintain a secure working environment.Coordinate and manage first aid and ambulance services, ensuring appropriate training and resources are available to handle emergencies.Establish and oversee an escalation process for security-related incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution.Develop and implement procedures for shredding sensitive documents, including retention of documents as per legal requirements.Manage and enforce access control policies, including issuing, replacing, and deactivating access cards/ID cards, monitoring access card usage, and maintaining confidentiality.Collaborate with the physical security team to handle legal documents, search warrants, government inspections, and ensure compliance with CCTV and other security requirements.Provide guidance and support to the physical security team, ensuring proper training, reporting, and coordination with external agencies.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure fire safety protocols, including fire drills and the maintenance of safety and security devices, are in place.Actively work on enhancing women's safety and addressing related concernsAs Liaison Officer for Womens Safety, liaison with industry bodies, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety protocols are in place and effective. work on developing and refining internal policies related to womens safety and harassmentTransport and Security: Ensure that safe transportation options are provided, particularly for employees working late hours (8PM to 8AM). This could involve coordination with transportation providers, implementing safety protocols, and addressing any specific concerns related to employee security.Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about safety issues among employees and provide guidance on how to report incidents and access support.BCP Planning, Disaster recovery and Crisis Management:Crisis Response, evaluations and Management: Develop, implement, and refine crisis management plans and protocols. Lead and coordinate responses to emergencies, ensuring effective communication and resolution.Ensure compliance with BCP/DR and Crisis management regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies related to business continuity and disaster recovery.Training and Drills: Design and conduct training programs and simulation exercises for staff to prepare them for crisis situations. Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make improvements as necessary.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during crises. Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication with all parties involved.Qualifications:Minimum 15+ years of experience in a security management role in an Indian MNC / Big4, with a proven track record of successfully implementing security policies and procedures.Any bachelors degree, but preferred specialization in Security Management, or a related field.
