: We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to manage internal communications for the ZF Tech Center India at Hyderabad. This position will be responsible for drafting internal communications including hosting ZF TCI townhalls and driving internal communications initiatives. This position reports to the Head of PR and Communications for the region and will work across levels and departments of the Tech Center India to create engaging communications for internal consumption in alignment with the regional communications strategies. Your Tasks: Draft content and visuals for internal channels as per the brand guidelines. Create, or assist in the creation of visual content and drafts for internal communication like leadership visits and internal events. Create a monthly and annual plan for activities for the location and closely align with the communications function for the region for its implementation. Create visual communications pieces/ graphics for communications and the location. Offer drafts for digital communications approvals in collaboration with the internal stakeholders. Align strictly with the brand guidelines, identity, and overall positioning across the region. Liaise for regional initiatives and coordinate in its implementation in this location. Propose and draft content for external activities. This will be aligned with the communications function for the region. Weekly reviews and monthly reports on all communications activities at the location with the regional comms team. Assist in drafting communication for TCI MD. Your Profile: Experience as a content creator and graphic designer. Understanding and ability to follow brand guidelines and identity adherence.
