What we\'re looking for: We are looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team.This role will be working closely with the Senior Internal Communication Manager and will ensure the smooth design, implementation, and delivery of accurate, timely, and engaging internal communications. You will be at the heart of co-driving our internal communication efforts, coordinating across teams to support our fast paced growth and fostering a strong company culture. As a Senior Internal Communications Coordinator you\'ll be: Collaborate closely with the Senior Internal Communication Manager and key stakeholders to support and execute our internal communications strategy Provide comprehensive communication support for ongoing business initiatives, serving as a vital link between the Internal Communications team and all stakeholders Coordinate the regular publishing of communications across internal channels, including Slack, email, and Confluence Offer guidance on effective messaging and thematic communication to ensure coherence, clarity, and impact Oversee the copywriting, collation, and editing processes, aligning our communications with our brand values and tone of voice Contribute to the development of innovative internal communication campaigns to engage and captivate our global team and ensure the quality and consistency of all communications to maintain our brand identity Support regular communication meetings, newsletters, all-hands meetings, and other company-wide communications as required Manage the delivery of team-wide and company-wide internal presentations, focusing on design, content, and message coherence Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company, especially with stakeholders involved in strategic initiatives Undertake additional tasks to support the Internal Communications team\'s objectives as needed What makes you a great fit: 3+ years of experience in Internal Communications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Copywriting skills will be a plus Proven experience in internal communications, content creation with the ability of adapting tone of voice for a global, tech-oriented audience Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas for communication campaigns that resonate with a diverse workforce Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms such as Slack, email, Confluence, and other internal communication channels Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, adapting to change and contributing to the company culture What you\'ll get in return: Make work, work for you!
