Global Internal Communication Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write and produce deliverables to increase Global Capability Center awareness, understanding and usage, using all appropriate communication channels and tools.
- Curate and deploy strategic communications that are clear, concise, and engaging.
- Become a visionary for internal and external communication programs and create solutions which elevate our current communication approaches.
- Present creative and innovative ideas to effectively reach our associates and agency partners in a meaningful way.
- Standardize current communications across the organization via collaboration with various departments and agency partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand, identify and advise on communication and engagement opportunities and requirements.
- Work with team members and internal stakeholders to identify new news, case studies, success stories and thought leadership pieces for use internally and externally.
- Assist with managing regional internal events (webinars, internal awards, forums, etc.), surveys, presentations, and videos.
- Update and maintain tracker with internal deliverables to ensure initiatives are logged, necessary approvals obtained, and communications go out in the right order and to deadline.
- Monitor feedback and review metrics to measure the impact of our communications activities.
- Be a brand champion; ensure all materials align with our company guidelines.
- Implement new and innovative approaches to extend reach and impact
- Design decks as needed
Candidate Specification
We\'re looking for someone with the following knowledge and attributes:
- 6+ years of experience in Communications, creating copy, content and messaging in a Corporate role.
- Preferably a professional qualification in internal communications, marketing, or public relations and/or a relevant degree in English, Business, Media, or PR.
- Able to identify key messages and translate information into engaging, persuasive copy.
- Able to deliver well written communication and high-quality presentation whilst under time pressures.
- Multi-tasking - must be able to clearly prioritize tasks and objectives, differentiate the \'urgent\' from the \'important\' and balance short term requirements with longer term projects.
- Highly organized and able to work with multiple internal clients and colleagues on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must demonstrate high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with a calm and collected approach.
- Able to identify key messages and translate information into engaging persuasive copy.
- Flexibility of working to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Emotional intelligence: ability to influence stakeholders to achieve the most effective outcomes for colleagues.
- Must be fully conversant with Office 365. Experience using SharePoint, Asana and Microsoft Teams preferred.
