Description The Internal Communications Specialist role is responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee and recruiting communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences on a firmwide basis. Reporting to the Marketing manager, the Specialist translates business strategies into key messages, develops appropriate internal communications initiatives in support of those strategies, and executes and drives programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and shape culture. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communications plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results. This role works with management and internal teams (including but not limited to Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruiting, Professional Development, Corporate social responsibility, Fun committee etc) to communicate new information and promote the firm\'s special strengths and values. The role will include a wide range of internal communications content that is delivered within an organization, including (but not limited to) memos, newsletters, executive emails, contests, presentations, marketing material, proposals, and resumes. Responsibilities Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all staff. Develop a variety of communication material (emails, guidelines, newsletters, presentation materials, content for LCD system, and other platforms) to articulate key messages. Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with firm priorities and themes. Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the firm\'s internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity. Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate. Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and other programs and initiatives in support of firm goals and culture. Works with appropriate firm personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explores/recommends new channels or technologies where possible. Manages content for the global company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative. Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees. Contribute ideas with research and experience and support implementation. Storage and retrieval of videos, photography, collateral and other company information on various platforms as appropriate. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field. 4 years of relevant communications experience work experience in a consulting, or other professional services firm strongly preferred. Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content experience with web and digital content preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Proficiency in Adobe design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc would be a plus. Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative. Creative, confident, and organized to assist in the day to day and on time execution of activities. Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing, and creative writing as well as proofreading and editing. High level of attention to detail. Good interpersonal and organizational skills to participate in meetings and build relationships across operational and sales teams. Good planning (project management and delivery) skills - Requires the ability to collect and analyze information the ability to read and articulate problem solving and multi-tasking the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Qualifications The candidate should have a BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or any Graduation/Diploma in relevant field.The candidate should have a work experience of 3-6 years Not Applicable #BMI N/A
