Job Title: Internal Auditor - Store & Commercial Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our store and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes, focusing on inventory management, procurement, sales transactions, and vendor dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of store operations including inventory management, stock levels, goods receipt, and dispatch.
Audit commercial processes like vendor selection, payment cycles, credit terms, and contract compliance.
Monitor and report on discrepancies or irregularities in stock, billing, or procurement processes.
Suggest process improvements and risk mitigation strategies to enhance efficiency and control.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with store, commercial, and finance teams for audit closures and corrective actions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field .
2+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in store or commercial domains.
Strong knowledge of inventory controls, commercial processes, and risk assessment techniques.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable commercial compliances.
