Location: NoidaAbout Internal AuditInternal Audit function of the Bank, operates independently under the supervision of the Audit Committee of the Board and is responsible for providing an independent view to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on the quality and efficacy of the internal controls, risk management systems, governance systems and processes in place on an on-going basis. This is provided to primarily ensure that the business and support functions are in compliance with both internal and regulatory guidelines.About the RoleThe Branch Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the risk based Audit of the Branch is conducted and providing qualitive assessment of the Branches. The Branch Auditor reports to the Head Regional audit Offices (RAO),South.The Branch Auditor Thus finds the root cause of any issue and highlights the same with all the stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting risk based Internal Audit of branches / currency chests / Thematic Reviews
  • Preparing synopsis of Audit Observations
  • Preparing MIS and Trackers for Audit Discrepancies Noted
  • Providing Qualitative assessment of compliances
  • Conducting Root cause analysis and giving recommendations
  • Sharing of major issues with stake holders i.e., branch and their controller
QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:
  • MBA/CA/ICWA
  • 3-8 years experience in branch operations; 3-5 years as Branch Head / Operation Head
Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
  • Effective Knowledge of Banking Operations
  • Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
  • Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under flexible hours
  • Should be able to travel for completing Assignments.
  • Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
