About the Role:
We are recruiting an Internal Auditor-Acon/Con level for a top consulting firm through a Big4 mandate. This role involves conducting comprehensive internal audits, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable recommendations. The candidate should have experience in Internal Audit, particularly from non-manufacturing sectors such as Online Travel Agency (OTA) industries, with expertise in risk assessment, operations audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed internal audits, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
• Identify and evaluate areas of audit risk, provide actionable insights, and support the audit team in implementing improvements.
• Document and analyze audit findings, preparing clear and comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate processes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure internal audit practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Chartered Accountant with 2 plus years of strong experience in Internal Audit.
• Experience: Strong experience in Internal Audit, with a focus on non-manufacturing industries (preferably OTA or other similar sectors).
• Skills: Proficient in risk assessment, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with audit and ERP software tools.
• Work Setup: Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks in a remote or hybrid environment.
