Job Description

BNC is hiring for Service Industry for the post of Internal Audit at Gurugram location.

• Develop comprehensive internal audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments.
• Lead and conduct internal audit engagements, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management systems.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Present audit findings to senior management and the audit committee.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including external auditors, regulatory bodies, and company management.
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's risk management processes and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on audit methodologies and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the audit team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Provide advisory services to management on internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of internal control systems.
• Participate in special projects and investigations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• CA and MBA with 2-5 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk consulting within a consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing techniques.
• Male candidate is preferred and person should be ok with travelling part
