Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Executive with a background in healthcare to join our Accounts Department. The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing financial controls specific to the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Audits:
• Conduct audits of financial transactions, billing, patient records, and operational processes within the healthcare setup.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential financial and operational risks, particularly those unique to healthcare, and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Finance, Billing, and Operations teams to address audit observations and implement corrective measures.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards like NABH or HIPAA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
