Big4 has been mandated to recruit a Internal Audit for Financial Services level from Acon/Con/AM/ Manager for Mumbai Location.

• Conduct risk assessments, develop risk management plans, and monitor their implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform internal audits, control testing, and reviews to identify areas of improvement in business processes and operations.
• Provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, compliance with SOX regulations, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions addressing identified risks or gaps in internal controls.
• Develop strong relationships with senior management teams across various functions within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• CA is required with 1-7 years of IA exp for financial sector- Not from banking and NBFC- ONLY from Big4 and consulting.
• Experience in Concurrent Audit , specialization in AML , KYC , Credit and Trade Finance.
• Leadership skill and other requirement of Manager is as per the firm's requirement
• Understanding and inclination of digitization /Analytics would be of great help.
• Looking Candidates Big 4- PwC and EY for the same.
• Preference is from Mumbai only.
