Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance (QA) Intern:
• Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and test cases.
• Perform regression testing and ensure the quality of new features and updates.
Graphic Marketing Intern:
• Design engaging graphics and visual content for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, infographics, and promotional content.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company's brand image and outreach strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to analyze design performance and optimize visuals.
Customer Success Intern:
• Support onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our products/services.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our offerings and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and ensure high satisfaction levels through timely communication.
Skills & Qualifications : Must-Have:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of QA testing tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic coding skills (for QA purposes).
• Knowledge of customer success principles and practices.

Pay: ?9,755.47 - ?15,000.00 per month
