Your Role:- Involved in Non-Tech and/or Tech hiring \xe2\x80\x93 Bulk and Lateral.
- Execution of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and build a pipeline of candidates relevant to Drip; proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin Recruiter and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates for and scheduling interviews
- Ensuring a good candidate experience and engaging candidates until the offer stageOur Checklist:- 0-2 years of industry experience in non-tech and/or hiring in recruitment agencies and/or product companies with full life-cycle recruiting experience to help attract and retain the best candidates
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships and must continually seek new sourcing options
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed
