The role
============



The Culture & Talent team is looking for an Intern - Talent Acquisition who is fanatical about finding bar-raising diverse talent & delivering an amazing experience for each applicant. You will play a critical role in the recruiting funnel and deliver top talent across various high-impact business teams.


What makes this role special?

• Own : To work with a profitable, high growth company that will give you complete ownership to manage & enhance your inbound hiring processes
• Solve : You will continually solve hiring problems and establish newer & optimized ways of hiring through automations on ATS, finding 3rd party tools & APIs, and other unique ways

What skills & experience do you need?
=========================================


• 0-1 yrs of experience with any startup in any business function (preferred)
• You solve problems from first principles: You are keen to solve problems in innovative ways, and you resist "this is how it's always been done" thinking
• You are proactive: You do not wait to told to do something and try to solve problems with minimal intervention
• You are curious: You understand impact of hiring on business, and you keep yourself up to date with industry trends & best practices, you engage with peers & external communities for continuous learning
• You're unafraid of ambiguity: Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
