Job Description

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation & Curation
- Assist in creating engaging and on-brand content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Curate relevant content from other sources to support social media campaigns and ensure a steady flow of engaging posts.

- Maintain an organized posting schedule to ensure timely delivery of content.

3. Community Engagement
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content to build relationships and foster community growth.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, reach) and create weekly and monthly performance reports.

5. Graphic & Video Editing Support
- Ensure visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and tailored for each platform's requirements.

6. Content Calendar Maintenance
- Help maintain and update the social media content calendar, organizing content ideas and scheduling posts in advance.
- Ensure that the content calendar aligns with marketing campaigns, promotions, and key events.

7. Stay Updated on Social Media Trends
- Continuously explore new trends, tools, and best practices on various social media platforms.
- Contribute fresh ideas for content and strategies to help keep the brand's social presence innovative and engaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
