2. Social Media Management :

• Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, such as Facebook, Insta-gram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
• Keep track of social media trends and competitor activities.

3. Data Analysis :

• Analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Prepare reports summarizing social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

4. Campaign Support :

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of social media marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.

5. Audience Engagement :

• Interact with followers and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster community engagement by encouraging discussions and user-generated content.

6. Research and Trend Analysis :

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices.
• Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

7. Content Calendar Management :

• Help create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Coordinate content with other marketing initiative.

8. Graphic Design and Multimedia :

• Basic graphic design skills to create visual content.

9. Social Media Advertising :

• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Monitor ad performance and make adjustments as needed.

10. Reporting and Documentation :

• Maintain records of social media activities and campaigns.

11. Collaboration :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to marketing strategies and discussions.
