Key Responsibilities: • Understand and Solve : Quickly grasp customer issues and provide effective solutions. Aim to resolve problems immediately while continually improving the process.

• Continuous Learning and Improvement : Stay updated with the latest tech trends and advancements. Learn from reviews and feedback, and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.
• Adaptability and Flexibility : Be open to iterating and pivoting as needed. You'll need to adapt to changing priorities and customer requirements quickly.
• Shift Flexibility : Able to work in shifts as needed to debug issues and define corrective actions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge : Be involved in understanding the entire tech stack from front-end development to infrastructure management. Your expertise will span multiple domains to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements: • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Strong ability to troubleshoot issues with a data-driven approach and deliver efficient solutions.
• Database Knowledge : A solid understanding of databases and how to manage them effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions, both verbally and in writing.
• Independent & Team-Oriented : Capable of working independently, while also being an effective collaborator within a team environment.
• Programming Proficiency : Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java or others, enabling you to provide in-depth technical support.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Desired Skills: • Educational Background : A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Open-Source Tools : Familiarity with open-source tools and bug tracking systems.
