CACTUS is a remote-first organisation and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

CACTUS is seeking an Operations Intern to be part of its research training team. This 6-month, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in managing virtual events, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving operational processes.

Job responsibilities:
• Assist in managing end-to-end virtual events on platforms including Airmeet and Zoom
• Coordinate speaker dry runs and provide technical support during event rehearsals
• Track and document event performance through feedback and metrics
• Collaborate with the Technology team on event setup and technical requirements
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to create compelling event promotional materials
• Coordinate with the legal team for agreement processing and compliance
• Manage and assign Freshdesk support tickets
• Create and distribute reports to internal stakeholders
• Manage event-related invoicing processes

Qualifications and prerequisites:
• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
