Key Responsibilities:IT Sales:

• Assist in identifying and generating leads for IT products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and pitch solutions.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote IT solutions and services.
• Create engaging and creative content for various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends and analyze campaign performance.
• Interact with followers and manage community engagement.
• Support in planning and running paid ad campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of IT services and products.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva).
• Knowledge of CRM tools (optional but preferred).
