Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify and collaborate with suppliers for garment production materials. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.

Production Planning: Work closely with the production team to create efficient production schedules.

Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process, conducting checks and inspections.

Cost Control: Manage production costs and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of materials and minimizing excess inventory.

Timely Delivery: Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for on-time delivery of finished garments.

Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and meeting their needs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to guide product development and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

3 months to 6 months of experience in fashion retail/brand management preferred.

Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser or in a related role in the apparel industry.

Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and materials.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management.

Pay: ?4,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
