Location: Remote (anywhere in India)Duration: 6 MonthsType: InternshipStipend: 8-10kAbout the Role:As a Lead Generation Intern at Outmarch, you will play a key role in driving new business by researching, identifying and qualifying leads. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, lead generation strategies and sales activities within a fast-paced SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:- Research & Identify Leads: Use various tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to find potential customers and gather key contact information.- Outreach: Conduct email campaigns, cold outreach and social media prospecting to engage with leads and spark interest.- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential, ensuring they fit our ideal customer profile.- Schedule Meetings/Demos: Coordinate meetings and demos between leads and the BD team to move prospects through the sales funnel.- CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.- Lead Nurturing: Develop strategies to nurture leads and move them closer to conversion.- Collaborate: Work closely with the BD teams to refine strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.- Analyze Metrics: Track lead generation performance, analyze results and suggest improvements.Requirements:- Strong interest in lead generation and sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage tasks.- Experience with cold outreach, email marketing or social media prospecting is a plus.- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Why Join Us?- Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.- Develop valuable skills in lead generation and business development.
