Job Title: Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Build and maintain a comprehensive client and partner database. Identify potential partners, including real estate developers and luxury brands. Assist in establishing and nurturing partnerships. Draft and send proposals, emails, and presentations. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and performance analyses.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Interest in the real estate or luxury services sector.
