Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Assist in drafting and updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Support the coordination and facilitation of trainin sessions and workshops on topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and workplace diversity.
• Conduct research on best practices in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations related to employee relations metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, events, seminars, and workshops.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
