Today, PATH\xe2\x80\x99s India projects focus on TB, immunization, HIV/AIDS, injection safety, maternal health, Innovation Labs, and more.Intern will support the HIV vertical to achieve project objectives by focusing on (but not limited to) on following:Responsibilities:Responsibilities may include one or many, but are not limited to, of the following:Support in developing minutes for the internal and external meetings.Assist in drafting state specific reports/plans as per the requirements.Assist in curating slide decks under the project.Support in follow-up of action items with the teamCoordinate with different teams for the required inputs, insights, and guidance on implementation activities.Support in coordination with teams for timely implementation of interventions under the project.Document activities, proceedings and key messages of meetings, webinars, seminars, etc. for onward dissemination; and follow-up on actionable items and deliverables.Work on other deliverables (ad-hoc need basis).Required ExperienceFinal year Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s student in Public Health, Social Work or related fields.The experience gained as part of previous training, internship, or college dissertation may also be considered.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environmentComfortable with collaborating across all levels of leadership within the organizationBasic primary and secondary research and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointExcellent in written and spoken EnglishSkills to be developed and/or expanded during Internship:Understanding of the HIV care ecosystemKnowledge of global health, digital health, nonprofit management, and business developmentGain experience in secondary research and development of project briefsFostering collaboration and coordination among team membersExposure to PATH programsWork Location: New Delhi (Remote working may be considered)PATH is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce where diversity is valued.PATH is an equal opportunity employer.
