Job Description
We\'re looking for fresh PGs for Intern - Global Accounts Payable role to join our AP team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you\'ll be responsible to:
- You\'ll create purchase orders, review vendor quotes and work with Admin department
- You\'ll verify, record vendor and other bills and update payments in the accounting system daily.
- You\'ll reconcile vendor accounts periodically and compare and analyze periodic Expenses
- You\'ll prepare MIS reports and work on other such incidental and ancillary task
- Post-Graduate in Finance & Accounting (First division in Bachelor\'s/Master\'s).
- Proficiency in MS Office:- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), word
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts.
