Key Responsibilities:


• Maintaining books and records of AIF funds.
• Assist in Preparing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics.
• Assist in Calculating carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
• Assist in Preparing calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions
• Coordinating and/or processing payments and other transactions.
• Identifying and escalating any material issues affecting service delivery.


Key Requirements:


• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and applications.
• hands-on experience with MS Office tools (excel, word, PP)
• Conceptual understanding of Private Equity and AIF
