Intern, Fellowship Recruitment
Job Description
The Fellowship Recruitment Intern will primarily create pathways to engage with the potential candidates who register with us week on week.
#### Team Overview
The National Recruitment Team, being the most external-facing team of the organization is responsible to Inspire, Inform and Invest candidates from different colleges and corporates to join the Fellowship. The recruitment team is also a highly numbers-driven team and works on strict deadlines
#### Responsibilities
• Engage with candidates via rigorous conversations over calls/in-person meet-ups
• Inform and motivate the candidates to ensure they join the Fellowship
• Provide support for the selection process
• Consistently monitor and evaluate to keep track of the progress of respective candidates using relevant structures
• Build solid working relationships with candidates
#### Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness to engage in phone calls
• Comfort with constantly changing scenarios and a high-stress environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Backend operation management
