:Requisition TemplatePOSITION SUMMARY:Intern- End User ServicesJOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Need to take care of all end users\' technical issues related to hardware and software
• Need to be onsite as and when required and has to be hand and feet support for other IT infrastructure teams for physical assistance
• Need to partially support the service desk team to address inbound calls for supporting employees calling the IT toll free number with on-call support and raising tickets to be assigned to relevant teams as and where required

QUALIFICATION:

• BE Graduate
