Roles and Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.- Create and manage content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand\'s tone and messaging.- Create, manage and Automate digital marketing campaigns on buffer/Hootsuite (or any other tools).- Create and manage content calendar for Hiringhood brand accounts.- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.Social Media Marketing : Create and manage Groups/Pages and Content across various social media platforms, engage with the audience, increase the followers and grow our social media presence.SMM (Social Media Management) : Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.Email Marketing : Assist in email marketing campaigns, including content creation and segmentation, to drive customer engagement and conversions.Analytics and Reporting : Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Must-Have Skills :- Only candidates who have completed their graduation will be considered.
