Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Intern, Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships to assist in building strong corporate partnerships that contribute to our skilling and employment initiatives. This role will allow you to work directly with EduSkills' leadership team and corporate partners to drive meaningful impact. It is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate passionate about corporate relations, program management, and social impact.

Job Title: Intern, Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships

Location: Delhi / Gurugram

Contract: 3-6 months (Full-time, with potential for full-time employment)

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Outreach & Relationship Building:

• Assist in engaging with senior leaders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Early Careers Recruitment to introduce EduSkills programs.
• Contribute to outreach efforts, including email campaigns, phone calls, and meeting coordination.

Communication & Corporate Engagement:

• Draft proposals, follow-up emails, and communication materials to maintain engagement with corporate partners.
• Track and follow up on corporate inquiries, ensuring timely responses and sustained relationships.

Event & Logistics Support:

• Assist in organizing and managing corporate events, such as HR Leadership Roundtables, webinars, and workshops.
• Support logistical arrangements, including scheduling, venue coordination, invitations, and event operations.

Social Media & Corporate Visibility:

• Work with the social media team to highlight corporate partnerships, share milestones, and promote successful collaborations.
• Help manage corporate visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to engage with senior corporate leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for social impact, education, and workforce development.
• Willingness to travel as required for meetings and events.
