Job Summary:

• Ventra is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern Compensation Analyst to support our Associate Director, Compensation during the 2025 merit review cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in compensation analysis and global HR operations. The intern will contribute to consolidating, organizing, and analyzing data from the US, Philippines, and India markets.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

• Assist in consolidating and maintaining compensation data across multiple spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of compensation metrics and calculations.
• Support the preparation of analyses and reports to aid decision-making during the merit review cycle.
• Collaborate with global HR and compensation teams to understand market-specific needs and nuances.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and presentations summarizing findings and insights.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for compensation data and analysis as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in global HR practices and compensation management is a plus.
