Intern Benefits Associate
Job Description
As a Benefits Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Assist in managing the benefit plans as per client requests. Accurately record completed tasks in the designated Tracker. Provide support in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Ensure consistent delivery timelines. Offer timely updates on the case statuses. Working Hours Work Hours: Rotational shifts as per US Hours, i.e., Night shifts. Workdays: Enjoy a 5-day workweek. Duration 3 to 4 months (September 2023 to December 2023) Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period, outstanding performers will be awarded a full-time employment opportunity. Eligibility Criteria We welcome applications from: Undergraduates / Graduates from any discipline. Freshers with a passion for growth and learning.
