Job Description


The Harman Talent Acquisition team is seeking a motivated intern to join us in Bangalore for an exciting 12-week internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and contribute to impactful projects that drive our talent strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with administrative tasks and data management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in and contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience, education or internship in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
