This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Process and reconcile client securities instructions, cancellations, and amendments related to exchange traded products & Transfer Agent activities for funds on accounting platform in an accurately and timely manner within the NAV deadlines.
• Proactive follow-up for trade files and preparation of trade packs for the respective funds. Maintain daily and follow the daily check list. Answer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Apply fund accounting trade & transfer agent rules and internal procedures to accommodate client needs/ ensure procedures.
• Client Contact: liaise directly with clients for instruction-related issues in defined scenarios. Master the internal contingency procedures and acquire a general awareness of BNYM\xe2\x80\x99s contingency measures. Serve as a reference point for the team and other departments.
• The individual has should have understanding of financial services industry and its various components. Experience in Trade processing or securities operations will be an added advantage.
• Effective communication (articulately expresses thoughts and ideas - both oral and written) & Quick learning

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Minimum Education: - 1. Graduate; 2. Preferably B.com or Economics
• Maximum 1-year experience in Trade Processing or instruction capturting or Fund Accounting and exposure in Financial Industry is Preferable
• Good written and oral English communication skills required
