This role is located in Chennai/TN \xe2\x80\x93 HYBRID.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education.

• At least 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in current role.

• Should understand Custody & Institutional business.

• Excellent analytical skills, and end to end document checking without oversight

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Exposure to managing Client requirements & operational deliverables viz. SLA, KRI, KPI etc.

• Should be able to provide performance feedbacks and manage people/ business expectations

• Flexibilities with time zones.

• Conducts review processes and procedures to reduce risk and enhance efficiency.

• Apply key controls/processes to identify potential risk

• Has proven track record of satisfactory delivery of services to the client
