This role is located in Pune/ Chennai, MH/ TN - HYBRIDIn this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:Reconcile 8-10 CDO deals per day.\xc2\xb7 Perform account reconciliation for the assigned deals and cashflows sent as per agreed SLA.\xc2\xb7 Keep the breaks minimal and nil ageing breaks.\xc2\xb7 Investigation and resolution of breaks to facilitate the completion of the reconciliations each day.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with client and onshore client service team to resolve any queries that might arise.\xc2\xb7 Handle day to day work with minimal guidance from Supervisor.\xc2\xb7 Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment.\xc2\xb7 Ensure daily activities are performed as per pre-defined procedures.\xc2\xb7 Professional and timely handling of inquiries from client and internal stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Build strong relationships with internal LAS teams via clear and effective communication\xc2\xb7 Effective multi-tasking and time management skills.\xc2\xb7 Flexible with working in complete US facing hours.\xc2\xb7 Client Relationship Support:\xc2\xb7 Provide support in maintaining the client relationships\xc2\xb7 Maintain a working knowledge, as appropriate, of the accounts and applicable documents\xc2\xb7 Ensure that inquiries, both internal and external, are addressed promptly\xc2\xb7 Escalate issues and concernsTo be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
