  • Proficiently manage the SharePoint admin centre portal, including configuration, settings, and user management.
  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls in SharePoint Online, ensuring proper security settings are in place.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor SharePoint Online performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical support and training.
  • Configure and customize SharePoint Online features, including web parts, search, metadata, and content types, to enhance usability and functionality.
  • Implement and maintain SharePoint Online backups, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SharePoint Online administration, recommending, and implementing new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
  • Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint Online functionality and best practices.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online administration best practices, including performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability considerations.

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and users.
  • Work collaboratively with the project management team, technical team, stakeholders, and users.
  • Make recommendations regarding design and functionality to enhance the user experience.
  • Follow proper change control processes and procedures.
  • Design, develop, and implement sites, permissions, navigation, forms, workflows and web parts.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to integrate sites with other systems and applications.
  • Guide problem resolution and enhancements.
  • Support escalated incidents and bug fixes.
  • Monitor, review, and perform testing and debugging of sites and code Mentor junior staff and help to develop their skills.

Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online security concepts, including user permissions and access controls.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with SharePoint Online integration with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with third-party SharePoint Online tools and solutions for governance, compliance, and analytics.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online hybrid configurations, integrating with on-premises SharePoint environments, is a plus.
