Proficiently manage the SharePoint admin centre portal, including configuration, settings, and user management.
Design, implement, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Manage user permissions and access controls in SharePoint Online, ensuring proper security settings are in place.
Develop and maintain SharePoint Online governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Monitor SharePoint Online performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical support and training.
Configure and customize SharePoint Online features, including web parts, search, metadata, and content types, to enhance usability and functionality.
Implement and maintain SharePoint Online backups, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SharePoint Online administration, recommending, and implementing new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint Online functionality and best practices.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online administration best practices, including performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability considerations.
