Job Description
1. SHOULD HAVE 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR FITOUT AND SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN 2D DESIGNING AND SHOULD KNOW HINDI & ENGLISH AND SHOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO ALL SITES.
Good coordinating skills.
Should be able to handle the site independently.
Should be well versed with the responsibilities of a site supervisor.
Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Liasoning with owners and sub-contractors.
Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet deadlines.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Well versed with excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
