Company: Della Luxury ProductsAbout the Role:Della Luxury Products is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Planning & Execution to oversee and manage multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely execution. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills to align site activities with project goals and maintain efficiency across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling:
• Develop weekly and monthly bar charts for work schedules and completion timelines.
• Create detailed project execution plans for multiple sites.
• Ensure that resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) are allocated efficiently across projects.
• Monitoring & Execution:
• Track daily progress across multiple sites and update work schedules accordingly.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality compliance.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with site managers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress to senior management.
• Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to align on goals and project status.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure all work is completed as per design, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Job Expectations:Requirement:

• Expertise in project scheduling tools like MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize project progress.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in luxury interiors, high-end projects, or premium product installations is a plus.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum Job Experience: 8+ years of experience in project planning, execution, and multi-site management.Reporting to: HODTravel: Yes
