The Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various interior projects execution from inception to completion, prior experience in having managed luxury interior projects is mandatory. do not apply if you have not worked in the interior design, execution and construction industry.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee our interior works projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in interior construction and project management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects, lead diverse teams, and ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Lead the execution of interior works projects from inception to completion.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Project Management

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.
• Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.

Coordination And Communication

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project life cycle.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.

Timely Delivery

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.
• Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions to our clients.

Customer Experience

• Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project life cycle.
• Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Operations Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience At least 7 years of experience in residential interior construction or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role design or construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale interior projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
