Job Description

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role includes supervising team members, coordinating with subcontractors, and efficiently managing resources to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

- Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Supervision and Coordination:

- Supervise and manage on-site staff, including tradespeople, laborers, and subcontractors.

- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, the design team, production team, and suppliers to ensure timely material and service delivery.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.

Safety and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Conduct safety meetings and briefings to ensure awareness and compliance.

- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and up-to-date.

Quality Control:

- Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring it aligns with the required standards.

- Conduct inspections and provide feedback for improvement when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.

Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Provide regular progress updates, addressing any issues or changes.

- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing site activities, progress, and incidents.

Resource Management:

- Efficiently manage and allocate resources to minimize delays and costs.

- Monitor and order materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.

- Address and resolve any resource-related conflicts or issues on-site.

Problem Solving:

- Identify potential risks or problems and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Address and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Visit the site regularly and supervise modular installation work.

- Coordinate with carpenters and the Operations Head for smooth workflow.

- Primarily work from the site to ensure continuous oversight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
