Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities related to interior fit-out projects. This includes ensuring timely and high-quality execution of work, adherence to project schedules and budgets, and maintaining safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution:
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including but not limited to:
• Demolition and removal of existing finishes
• Partitioning and drywall installation
• Flooring installation (tile, wood, carpet)
• Ceiling installation (drop ceilings, acoustic ceilings)
• Painting and decorative finishes
• Plumbing and electrical installations
• Furniture installation and assembly
• Ensure the quality of workmanship meets project specifications and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including daily reports, material usage, and change orders.
• Project Management:
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify any potential delays.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Proactively address any challenges or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Safety and Quality:
• Implement and enforce all safety procedures and regulations on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager and client regarding project progress, challenges, and any necessary changes.
• Address client concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Track material usage and submit accurate invoices.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
