Project Coordination - Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and design specifications. - Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. - Interpret and implement design drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. #### 2. Quality Assurance - Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to design quality standards and specifications. - Identify and address defects or discrepancies during installation or construction phases. - Ensure the proper use of materials as per project requirements. #### 3. Team Supervision - Manage and monitor site workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople. - Assign daily tasks to the workforce and ensure productivity. - Conduct on-site training and enforce company policies and safety standards. #### 4. Safety and Compliance - Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and local building regulations. - Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly. - Address and resolve any compliance issues promptly. #### 5. Communication and Reporting - Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors. - Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and delays. - Document site activities, including daily work reports, material usage, and any incidents. #### 6. Problem Solving - Anticipate and resolve on-site issues, including logistical challenges, material shortages, and technical problems. - Offer solutions to ensure projects stay on track. --- ### Qualifications: Education: - Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the interior design or construction industry. Skills: - Strong knowledge of interior design materials, methods, and installation techniques. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. - Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with construction safety protocols and local building codes. Work Conditions: - Primarily on-site work, involving supervision of interior design installations and construction. - May involve extended hours, including weekends, depending on project timelines.
