Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher for the role of Interior Site Supervisor at our Jaipur location. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The successful applicant will play a key role in overseeing and supervising interior design projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong spatial awareness to visualize and ensure effective space utilization during interior design projects.
• Understanding of color theory to assist in selecting appropriate color schemes that meet client preferences.
• Basic knowledge of furniture design to supervise the installation and placement of furniture pieces.
• Familiarity with lighting design to ensure optimal lighting solutions are incorporated into interior spaces.
• Ability to select textiles that match the design aesthetics and functional requirements of the project.
• Competence in space planning to create efficient layouts that optimize the use of available space.
• Strong client communication skills to understand client needs and relay project updates effectively.
• Basic project management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervising on-site interior design projects to ensure that tasks are carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Communicating with clients to understand their interior design needs and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinating with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitoring project progress and comparing it against project timelines and budgets.
• Ensuring that all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Assisting in the selection of furniture, textiles, and other interior elements to align with project goals.
• Reporting any issues or delays promptly to project managers and suggesting solutions to keep the project on track.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure the work meets the design specifications and client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
