Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities on interior construction sites. This role involves managing resources, ensuring work quality, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Interior Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management :

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on interior sites.

- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Implement and enforce site safety procedures and practices.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

2. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Keep detailed records of project progress, changes, and issues.

- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and labor resources.

3. Quality Control:

- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.

- Address any issues or defects and make necessary corrections.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design plans.

4. Resource Management:

- Manage and allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.

- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Client Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress.

- Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the work.

- Address any changes or modifications to the project as requested by the client.

6. Team Leadership:

- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.

- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior construction or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Working Conditions :

- The Interior Site Supervisor primarily works on construction sites

- This role often involves working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.

- The position may require travel to various construction sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
