REQUIREMENT - INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR
ROLE DEFINITION
A Site Supervisor is Responsible for planning of Site works and also execution of work on site.
RESBONSIBILITY AND DELIVERABLES
• To Understand the drawings in detail and coordinate with contractors.
• To coordinate for the procurement of the materials on site.
• To coordinate with labors and contractors for execution of work on Site.
TASK AND ACTIVITIES
• To Supervise and manage the execution of interior project from Start to finish.
• To co-ordinate with Architect, Designers and Contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor Project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with design plans, codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship and finishes, meet the highest standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Co-ordinate with design team to ensure that design is followed meticulously.
• Manage and maintain project documentation in file including all site drawings, material challans, material bills, list of material delivery date and replacement dates.
• Co-ordination with vendors about the material delivery and also check the material received on site as per order placed.
• Co-ordination on site about the work progress and next drawing requirements.
• Inform the drawing requirement on site 2-3 days prior to Architect/Designer.
