Job Description

The

Interior Site Supervisor

will play a critical role in managing the installation and setup of various furnishing products, including curtains, blinds, wallcoverings, curtain hardware, and different types of flooring. This position demands close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and clients across residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors to ensure that all project specifications are met with precision and the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the execution of furnishing projects from inception to completion. Ensure all tasks, including design, installation, and finishing, are completed on time and meet quality expectations. Address and resolve any site-related challenges promptly.
2.

Team Coordination:

Supervise and manage technicians, workers, and laborers on-site as well as to and from the site. Delegate tasks efficiently and provide clear instructions. Assist laborers physically if necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
3.

Client Interaction:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and designers on-site. Communicate effectively to understand and fulfill their requirements. Represent the company professionally at all times to uphold its reputation.
4.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections of installation processes to ensure high-quality workmanship. Verify that materials used align with project specifications and company standards.
5.

Measurement and Reporting:

Take accurate site measurements and report them promptly. Ensure detailed notes about site-specific requirements are documented. Any errors in measurements or failure to report critical details will result in financial penalties.

Budget and Safety Management:

Monitor project expenditures to ensure budget compliance and report deviations to management. Enforce safety protocols rigorously on-site and conduct regular safety briefings. Report material usage at site and deliver accurate reporting to the accounts section to enable correct billing of items.

Work Schedule and Flexibility:

Be available to work late or beyond regular hours as needed to meet project deadlines. Be flexible to handle additional tasks such as driving, lifting, or assisting with site logistics when required.
8.

Driving Responsibility:

Drive to and from project sites as part of regular duties. Ensure timely arrival at sites and safe transportation of materials or tools when needed. Accurately report usage of company asset such as vehicles and its related expenses.
9.

Disciplinary Expectations:

Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times. Acts of drunkenness, lying, or misbehavior causing reputational damage will result in immediate termination without pay. Ensure timely and accurate communication with the management team about site progress and challenges.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
