Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance with site rules.
2. Project Coordination
Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to interpret designs and execute them properly.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
Ensure all construction and fit-out activities align with client requirements and industry standards.
3. Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect workmanship, materials, and site conditions to maintain quality standards.
Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the project plan.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
4. Labor & Resource Management
Assign tasks and supervise on-site workers, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Maintain discipline and resolve any conflicts among the workforce.
Track attendance, work hours, and labor allocation.
5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Keep records of site activities, including daily progress reports.
