Job Description

An interior site supervisor manages the day-to-day activities of interior construction projects. They ensure that work is completed on time, to quality standards, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee interior finishing work Manage site inventory and procurement of materials Report project progress and updates to senior management Set project goals Communicate with clients Prepare interim and final reports Ensure compliance with company policies Ensure site safety measures are in place
Skills and qualifications Strong leadership skills, Good communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Understanding of client requirements, and Ability to interface between clients and internal departments. Education and experience

A diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is often preferred Experience in interior construction projects
Other duties

Manage and instruct site workers Set schedules and monitor performance of site workers Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed Conduct regular site inspections and address potential hazards Educate construction workers on site safety practices

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
